Find answers to common questions
1. Connect to our WiFi network
2. Open any browser - you'll be redirected to login
3. Enter your username & password or voucher code
4. Click Connect and enjoy!
1. Go to the Buy tab on the login page
2. Select a package
3. Enter your email
4. Pay with mobile money or card
5. Save your credentials and connect!
Make sure you enter the code exactly as shown. If it still doesn't work, the voucher may have been used or expired. Contact our support team for help.
Try moving closer to the access point, disconnect and reconnect, or close unused apps. If the issue continues, contact support.
Visit the Status page to see your remaining time, data usage, and session info. You can also disconnect from there.
